Is this a chatbot talking to my couples?
No. If you have ever hit reply on something and thought “you sound like a robot, I am done” — you are exactly who I built this for. It drafts the reply the way a real person on your team would write it, in your voice, and you stay in control of every word that goes out.
I am the whole staff and I am tired. Do I even have time to set this up?
That is the reason it exists. Setup is one call with me — you do not do it, you watch it. After that it works while you are at your 9–5, at an event, or with your family. And the inquiries that arrive during your busiest weeks are the ones that fill next spring, which is exactly when they go unanswered.
Is this another system I have to learn?
No. You never have to find out what a CRM is. We connect it on one call together and you watch it happen. After that you read the list it gives you each morning and approve or reject the replies. That is the whole job.
Do I have to move everything over?
Nothing moves. No exporting your booking book, no weeks of copying records into a new system. It works inside the inbox, the calendar and the listings you already have.
I already book weddings. Why change anything?
Then this is not about getting you more inquiries. It is about the ones you already get. She emailed four venues that night and booked the one that answered first. That is usually the whole difference.
What if it says the wrong thing to a couple?
Nothing sends until you say so. You read and approve every reply to start with, and correct anything that is not you. When you are ready you tell it which questions it can answer on its own — that is how it can answer a bride at 11pm. Price and date changes always come back to you.
Could I not just do this myself?
You could. The question is whether you want to spend a year learning it while the dates stay open. You already know how to sell your venue. This does the part you keep meaning to get to on Sunday night.
What happens to my leads and my data?
They stay yours. Your inquiries are never shown to another venue, never sold, and never used in our marketing unless you approve that exact thing first. You can take your list and leave whenever you want.
